Mr. Streland has over 30 years of experience in space system development. He currently serves as Corporate Lead Executive – Los Angeles where he focuses on the NG relationship with the U.S. Space Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center. He has previously held industry positions as Director, Strategy and Business Development for Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, Orbital ATK and ATK, and as Manager, Space Program Office for Parsons.

Mr. Streland has over 30 years of experience in space system development. He currently serves as Corporate Lead Executive – Los Angeles where he focuses on the NG relationship with the U.S. Space Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center. He has previously held industry positions as Director, Strategy and Business Development for Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems, Orbital ATK and ATK, and as Manager, Space Program Office for Parsons.

Prior to joining industry, Mr. Streland served 26 years active duty in the United States Air Force with a wide range of leadership assignments in space systems engineering and acquisition. Twenty of those 26 years were at Los Angeles Air Force Base including assignments as Deputy Director, Space Based Laser Project Office and Commander, Transformational Satellite Communications Space Group. His final Air Force assignment was as Director, Space Superiority Systems Directorate, at SMC.

Mr. Streland has a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University and Master’s Degrees from the University of Southern California, the United States Air Force Air Command and Staff College and the United States Air Force Air War College.
